3. Cancellations After Work Has Begun

Once design or development work has started, refunds are not available, but we will provide all completed materials to date.

4. Post-Launch Refunds

Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, no refunds are issued after a website has been launched or delivered.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a revision phase for all website packages to ensure client satisfaction. If there are concerns with the final product, we’ll make every reasonable effort to resolve them within the project scope.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs (such as hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, or stock images) are non-refundable as those services are paid to external providers.
